The annual Indonesian jazz music festival, Jazz Gunung Bromo returns this year for its 9th edition and will be held on August 18 to 19 at Jiwa Jawa Resort Bromo, Wontoro Village, Probolinggo, East Java.

The festival was initiated by Sigit Pramono, Butet Kartaredjasa, and Djaduk Ferianto to combine art with the beauty of Indonesia's vast homeland. Every year, the stage is always built with a charming ethnic touch with a mesmerizing view of the Bromo mountains.

This year, Jazz Gunung Bromo will feature acts such as Paul McCandless with Charged Particles, Chico Pinheiro, Sono Seni ensemble, Maliq & D'Essentials, Monita Tahalea, Glenn Fredly, Indra Lesmana Keytar Trio, Dewa Budjana: Zentuary, and more.
