Justin Bieber's Street Team and Fan Club in the Philippines, @JBPhilippines have called on fellow Beliebers to help give Justin Bieber and Filipino fans the best Purpose Tour Manila experience. 

Their fan project calls on fans to raise red roses, fan signs, and "purple lights" when The Biebs sings the title track, "Purpose".
