Out of 12 Sennheiser Sound Heroes in 2017, 2 worthy sound heroes won a much-coveted trip to Germany. Radio DJ and singer Dannie Farmer and lifestyle blogger Deegee Razon, along with winner Bryan Barcenas, headed down to Germany last July for an unforgettable trip with Sennheiser, which included visits to the audio company's factory and headquarters in Hanover and their flagship store in Berlin.

We asked the Sennheiser Sound Heroes to share with us their Sennheiser journey in photos - soundtracked by music handpicked by Dannie Farmer and some choice regional cuts by Bandwagon.

First place you went to in Europe

When we landed in Germany we took a train to Hannover. It was a busy and vibrant station with shops and busy people. When we walked around the town we visited Town Hall. It was a beautiful structure that had both classic and modern elements."

We went to Hannover and explored the old town. I was amazed by how every single structure is really on point when it comes to its architecture. What I liked about our first day was that we explored around the town and visit some of the cultural and tourist highlights in the city."

Best and worst thing you ate while on holiday

The best thing I had in Germany was Currywurst! Loved it. Must have had it three times during the trip. The worst thing I ate was probably just random potato chips from the convenience store! Haha "

All of the food I ate was so delicious and I was curious enough to try and explore other cuisines aside from German food. They have huge servings for each meal! One of my favourite things was trying out the different kinds of cheese... and the currywurst! But I don't have a picture of it. [I] really enjoyed that meal."

Favorite place you went to in Germany

 I really enjoyed seeing the Berlin Wall. Seeing it up close gave me a moment to reflect and remember that change can happen."

My favourite place is the Berliner Dome and TV Tower Berlin. Because I’m a fan of seeing the cultural side and the history of the country. I also enjoyed seeing Berlin from above."

Friends you've made in your Sennheiser Journey

We met Aude, who is an employee at the Sennheiser Berlin store. She invited us to watch the France vs Belgium World Cup semi-final game at a local pub."

I was with Danny, my fellow Sennheiser Sound Hero, and Bryan, the winner who came with us. We’ve been like brothers for the whole trip and I really had a great time helping them shop around especially for shoes and other stuff that they can bring home to the Philippines.

Favorite Sennheiser experience

Seeing how they made their quality earphones and microphones in person was an awesome experience! I can see why Sennheiser products are known to have high quality because of the effort they put into making each and every product, and not to mention the top of the line materials and components they use in them! We even got to see where and how the famous Sennheiser HE 1 headphones are made! It was very exciting and informative."

My favourite Sennheiser moment was experiencing the most expensive headphones ever. Like, it’s really amazing and it made me speechless. Also, when I saw the factory and how they really focused on the smallest details in creating their products. I also enjoyed seeing the different kinds of headphones, earphones, microphones, etc., and touring around the Sennheiser Headquarters."
