Earlier today, SM Entertainment released Jonghyun's posthumous album Poet | Artist, as well as music video for lead track 'Shinin'' recorded before his passing last month.

Besides 'Shinin', an tropical pop ditty, Poet | Artist features 10 other tracks of varying genres including pop, electronic, R&B, soul and more. The SHINee lead singer had previously stepped out with his debut solo album She Is in 2016.

Jonghyun was slated for his solo comeback this month before his untimely and tragic death in December last year. In a statement posted via SHINee's official Twitter account, SM Entertainment expressed that "Jonghyun loved music more than anyone and tried to communicate through music, and we hope that his feelings will be conveyed to everyone."

The album is currently available digitally on the iTunes store, while the physical copy is expected to go on sale tomorrow, 24 January. According to Allkpop, proceeds from the sale of Poet | Artist will go to the late Jonghyun's mother, as well as for the establishment of a foundation for those living in difficult circumstances.

Meanwhile, the members of SHINee have confirmed they will continue to hold their upcoming Japanese concerts taking place next month.
