"You can't predict where a rabbit's gonna hop to next, and that's exactly where the tale of The Beat Usagi begins," describes burgeoning producer (and fellow music journalist) Kevin Ho. 

True to his intention of creating music without a hint on where it is heading, his new single 'Bahns' intiates suspense with “sinister bassline, tip-toeing synths, and an uplifting celestial climax buffed with razor-sharp beats”. The eight-minute single never fails to bring surprises as new motifs are introduced almost every 30 seconds.

Although Kevin has just newly plunged into the dance music world, his work has been extremely promising.

Unlike his lively debut single 'Zamza', 'Bahns' is a tech-house number that leans towards infectious, propulsive mystery. The smooth build-up will get you grooving and dancing in a world of unknowns.

Listening to 'Bahns' feels like paragliding through mountains waiting for the wind to guide your way through, but you will never expect the change in directions of wind and where it carries you to.
