The Rest Is Noise is turning five this year and they want to spend it with you.
Following their anniversary kickoff show in last month, the Manila-based production group will be mounting their 5th anniversary celebration at 123 Block in Mandaluyong City on April 4 (Saturday). Dicta License, Pedicab, and Orange and Lemons will be headlining the show as they honor their records iconic Paghilom, Tugish Takish, and Strike Whilst the Iron is Hot, which all turn 15 this year.
Ang Bandang Shirley, NINNO, She's Only Sixteen, Teya Logos, tide/edit and All of the Noise 2019 alums M1LDL1FE are also scheduled to appear at the show.
"The last five years of The Rest Is Noise has been mind-blowing for us," says co-founder Mary Christine Galang. "One of the most enduring foundations of our longevity, in my opinion, is how the community has always been at the center of what we do, which ultimately guides us in our pursuits. We’ve managed to not only build this strong, local connections, but also become a part of the regional and global music communities that share our ideals and vision geared towards celebrating the creative, independent spirit."
