All of the Noise is getting bigger and bigger with the reveal of its local lineup.

The Rest is Noise announced Thursday morning the inclusion of Phase Two acts to the upcoming music festival with IV Of Spades, Ben&Ben, Uprising, BuwanBuwan Collective, tide/edit, Cheats, Jason Dhakal, and Rusty Machines dominating the first day of the show and Sandwich, Mellow Fellow, Ang Bandang Shirley, the return of Tandems '91, She's Only Sixteen, Irrevocable, Cebu's .FC, and Andy Chlau on the marquee for day two.

The local roster joins the 6 international artists previously announced for phase one, which includes Boy Pablo (NO), Phum Viphurit (TH), Yellow Fang (TH), Sobs (SG), Cosmic Child (SG), and Elephant Gym (TW).

FSL interpreters will be at the second day of the 2-day festival, which makes it accessible to the deaf community and those who are hard of hearing.
