The Escolta Block Festival kicks off this weekend and it's gonna run all month long.

Live performances and various creative workshops and activities—including storytelling with Museo Pambata, Love Parade, a typography exhibit, Pineapple Lab's Gayborhood, Zumbang Gabi with DJ Subicbae, a Baybayin workshop, bike lessons, and more— will be brightening up Escolta Street in Binondo, Manila starting November 9 to 30.

The venues you can swing by include Escolta Exchange, First United Building (FUB), First CoWorking Community, and People Make Cities. 

This Saturday (11/09), Terno Recordings acts UDD, Giniling Festival, AOUI, and Lenses will be taking the streets for Escolta Sessions. DJ sets to follow.

Entrance to these events are free. Paid events and tours will also be held at the festival.
