JYP Entertainment expands global partnership with Republic Records to include ITZY and Stray Kids

JYP Entertainment has just expanded their partnership with Universal Music Group's Republic Records.

In an announcement made on 11 February via Billboard, the Korean entertainment powerhouse revealed that they were are continuing their partnership with the American music label and expanding the agreement to include ITZY and Stray Kids

The two companies initially joined forces in 2020 to launch one of K-pop's biggest girl groups TWICE into the US. Under the new partnership, Republic Records will also continue to support ITZY and Stray Kids' US activities.

The two acts comes as the latest addition to Republic Records' growing roster of K-pop artists, which also includes TXT, (G)I-DLEand TRI.BE.
