Celebrated post-rock band This Will Destroy You are returning to Singapore with a very special show prepared.

The Texan experimental group will play two early releases – their 2008 self-titled album and their 2006 Young Mountain EP – in their entirety. They will perform at The Pavilion @ Far East Square on 7 December, in a show organised by Symmetry Entertainment.

Both releases helped This Will Destroy You break out as a marquee post-rock act back in the day, and are beloved by fans as a result. The band reissued Young Mountain in 2016 to mark the release's 10th anniversary, and are currently wrapping up a short North American tour to celebrate the 10th anniversary of their self-titled record.

The band has performed in Singapore twice before – once in 2013 at Home Club and once in 2015 at Zouk.
