Valley of Chrome just released a new single.

To kick off the weekend, the Filipino metal act unveiled 'Mahirap Mahalin', a brutally honest track about one's love/hate relationship with their country, via Tower of Doom Music.

"It's also a metaphor on the Philippines being a woman experiencing domestic violence in the hands of our leaders," vocalist Rogel Africa explains. "It's a short but very challenging song and we're super proud of it. Even if metal here is not top priority, we feel it should be heard as its very relatable especially in today's times."

According to Africa, Valley of Chrome are still "feeling out what 2022 offers" in terms of playing live shows. "But we will drop some more playthroughs and new songs along the way. Album? Perhaps," he adds.
