Charli XCX and Troye Sivan have recently come together in a futuristic single ‘2099’, the closing track for Charli. Now, it turns out that they took the lyrics “I’m zooming like a jet ski, zoom zoom” literally and unleashed a spectacular set of visuals on the water.

In '2099', Charli XCX and Troye Sivan meet in the distant future to do flips on jet skis, after travelling through time from '1999', their previous collaboration. Directed by Bradley&Pablo, the video leads in mysteriously with Charli XCX emerging from a cloud of smoke. She proceeds to pose languidly on her jet ski while Troye Sivan pulls off unbelievable stunts behind her, before finally leaping onto the back of her jet ski. The video ends with them riding off together, staring straight ahead.
