On Monday (21/06), the official NewStyle Media Group Drama Twitter account unveiled the tracklist for the soundtrack of the upcoming show, Falling Into Your Smile (你微笑时很美). 

The long-awaited Chinese drama series has lined up star-studded artists for its soundtrack.

The tracklist features original songs from various Chinese acts such as Angela Chang (张韶涵), Joker Xue (薛之谦), and WayV. K-pop band SEVENTEEN, and show leads Xu Kai (许凯) and Cheng Xiao (程潇) are also featured in the soundtrack.

A date for the soundtrack’s release is expected to be announced in the upcoming weeks. To promote the soundtrack, an official music video for Angela Chang’s ‘Running to You’ is also released. Watch it here:

Directed by Qiu Zhongwei and produced by Kelsey Yang, the rom-com drama follows Tong Yao (Cheng Xiao) as she makes her way up into the esports world, becoming the first female gamer in the history of esports gaming in China. As she is recruited to join a professional esports team, she meets the alluring Lu Sicheng (Xu Kai). The show is set to be released on June 23 on Youku, WeTV, Astro TV, and Line TV.
