FELIP is back.

In an announcement made on 4 May, SB19's Ken shared that he will be releasing a new solo single under his moniker, FELIP. Titled 'BULAN', the track is slated for release on 15 May 2022. 

[UPDATE: 15 MAY] Ken has revealed that he will be releasing his new FELIP track, 'BULAN,' on 29 May, 12 AM local time. Fans can get their first listen on 28 May, 8 PM PHT, with the release of the music video. Check out the revised promo schedule here:

[UPDATE: 11 MAY]: In an announcement made on 10 May, Ken announced that he will be postponing the release of 'BULAN' and its accompanying music video "in light of recent events".

In his statement, Ken writes, "One of 'BULAN's goals is to encourage discussions around our ancient culture and revisit this aspect of our collective memory as Filipinos. And while we recognize the importance of looking at the distant past, we are also at the forefront of an important, historic event that will shape our future."

Details on the release date of 'BULAN' will be updated soon, watch this space for updates.

FELIP made his solo debut last September with his single 'Palayo', which was included in the Top Songs of 2021 according to Bandwagon readers, and his collaborative remix of Matthaios's 'Pangga'. 

As a whole, SB19 recently released their version of The Itchyworms' 'Kabataang Pinoy' alongside BINI  and Jonathan Manalo, for the Filipino reality show Pinoy Big Brother. Last July, the 'Bazinga' hitmakers released their EP, Pagsibol.
