Skychurch share first single featuring new lineup 'Animus' – listen

Skychurch are back with a new single featuring the metal act's new lineup.

The Filipino metal trio unveiled the first look into their new direction with 'Animus,' a 5-minute sneak peek with Paul Eusebio (Valley of Chrome) on drums and Jomal Linao (Talata, Kamikazee) on guitars on Wednesday (11/13). The fresh track dropped under Tower of Doom Music.

"Well for this song kasi musically was an old song of mine that I presented to the new Skychurch line-up," frontman Russell Dela Cruz tells Bandwagon exclusively. "I gave them the freedom to suggest—if not modify or better the existing song arrangement. So to make it short, skeleton was mine the everything that made it what it is now is a labor of collaborative love from me, Jomal, and Paul."
