All tickets purchased through authorised ticketing platforms will be valid for the new concert dates next year. For inquiries on ticket refunds, please contact the respective ticketing platforms by 27 July 2020 or direct your questions to ticketing.sg@imclive-global.com.

Initially slated to take place earlier this year, WeiBird's shows saw a first postponement to 22 August 2020 and 12 September 2020 respectively in Singapore and Kuala Lumpur. The pandemic saw the unprecedented cancellations of many tours and music festivals worldwide and the music industry adapting to livestreaming to continue performances and the promotion of music during these socially-distant times.
