In a series of tweets, the multi-instrumentalist shared how grateful he was to Jimin, BTS, Big Hit Entertainment, and producer Pdogg for entrusting him with 'LIE'. According to DOCSKIM, the track was the first song he worked on that made his dream of being a producer into reality.

He also revealed that he always thought he "could've done a way better job" and decided to put out this definitive version. "Aside from the vocals, everything else was re-recorded, remixed, and remastered," he added.
From starting out as BTS' keyboardist to producing Lie, Hope World, Outro : Tear, 풍경, and many, many Ghost Band live arrangements.. it's been a GREAT experience to just learn and level up each time.— Docskim (@docskim_) February 10, 2021
He thanked listeners who discovered his music through BTS and continued to stick around to support his craft. "Thank you for changing my life."
