BTS are heading back to the live stage!

Following their sold-out four-night residency at Los Angeles' SoFi Stadium last November, the global pop group is returning with three concerts in Seoul's Jamsil Olympic Stadium this March. PERMISSION TO DANCE On Stage in Seoul will be available to watch both in-person and via an online livestream on VenewLive.

The second show will be available for global theatre live-viewing, where fans all over the world can tune in live to a screening of the concert alongside their fellow ARMY.

This also comes as the 'Butter' act's highly anticipated return from their short break, where they spent time with their families and worked on their upcoming album. According to media reports, BTS have been preparing for the show over the last couple of weeks and are expected to reveal a new song during the concerts.

TICKETS

IN-PERSON CONCERTS

Tickets for the in-person concerts will be available for purchase via Interpark. Ticket sale dates will be announced soon. General admission tickets are priced at KRW 165,000 while VIP tickets are priced at KRW 220,000. 

There are also fan club membership tickets available that will go live before general admission. Those who want to avail fan club tickets must register for membership between 17 to 21 February, 2 PM KST and verify it starting 28 February at 2 PM KST. Tickets will go on sale on 3 March at 8 PM via Interpark, and will run on a first-come, first-served basis. 

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, the Jamsil Olympic Stadium—which has a full capacity of over 65,000—will only let in 15,000 people per concert, totalling 45,000 people across three days. This comes as per South Korea's safety regulations for pop music concerts as reported by Yonhap News. The upcoming shows will be the biggest concerts in South Korea since the pandemic began in 2020.

GLOBAL LIVE-VIEWING

The second show will be available for live-viewing in cinemas across the globe.

Ticket sales for the global live-viewing happening on 12 March start on 22 February, 10 AM EST for North and South America, Europe, and Australia. Tickets in Asia will go on sale starting 24 February, 10 AM KST. 

Participating countries in Asia include South Korea, Japan, Singapore, the Philippines, Thailand, Indonesia, and Taiwan. Check out the complete list here.

No Permission To Dance: fans react to "no cheering" rule at BTS' Seoul concerts

According to a news report, BTS' PERMISSION TO DANCE ON STAGE - SEOUL will have an even more impressive stage - a "movable" LED screen to bring BTS and ARMY closer together. BTS are the first Korean act to meet their fans in concert since the pandemic started and will be performing a variety of songs for each day of the show – with Map of the Soul: 7's 'ON' and 'Black Swan' as constants on each setlist.


FAN EVENT

With the pandemic still looming around us, cheering, yelling, chanting and standing up will be strictly prohibited at the concert venue in accordance with government guidelines. 

Instead, BIGHIT MUSIC will be hosting a fan event using clappers which will display a slogan you want to say to BTS. Fans can submit their desired message via this link


ARMY EVENT

Fans can take part in the ARMY EVENT happening at the Seoul and Las Vegas concerts where fans can share their messages for BTS. Fans can send in their messages from 12 PM KST, 23 February until 11: 59 PM KST, 24 February. Join via Weverse here.


MERCH

BTS are launching a special merch line for their Seoul concerts which sees a variety of items including a hoodie, a baseball cap, keyrings, card wallets and more. Each item is available to purchase online via Weverse starting 3 to 9 March and offline at the merch stands at Jamsil Lotte World Mall from 5 to 18 March.
