MIYAVI releases 'TRIBE NINE' opening theme 'Strike It Out' – listen

MIYAVI kicked off the New Year with a new theme song for a new anime series.

On Tuesday (11/1), the Japanese guitarist dropped 'Strike It Out' from the anime series TRIBE NINE.

A CD of the new single, which will include four tracks, is scheduled for release on 23 March. 'Strike It Out' was written by MIYAVI, composed by Jeff Miyahara, and co-arranged by Lenny Skolnik. Order the 'Strike It Out' CD here.

TRIBE NINE is a multimedia project created by Kazutaka Kodaka. Besides the ongoing anime series by Liden Films, TRIBE NINE will also release a webtoon series and an RPG mobile game developed by Too Kyo Games and published by Akatsuki.

Last year, MIYAVI dropped his 13^th studio record Imaginary, featuring the likes of Kang Daniel, Troi Irons, and Kimbra. He also appears on the soundtrack of Riot Games' critically acclaimed Netflix series Arcane.
