j-hope is here!

On 1 July, the BTS member released his new single 'MORE' which previews his upcoming solo album, Jack In The Box. The track features an old-school hip-hop sound that sees the multi-talented act tackle a darker and heavier soundscape than ever before.

'MORE' relays j-hope's ambitions and passions to step out of the box and showcase his versatility as an artist. The track was co-written by j-hope and Ivan Jackson (1/2 of hip-hop duo Brasstracks), and was produced by Brasstracks with additional guitars by Randy Runyon, both of whom also worked on BTS' hip-hop heavy track 'Dis-ease'

The single also dropped alongside a music video that was directed by visual artist and musician Leesuho, who is also a part of Boring Studios and the musical collective Balming Tiger

The cover art for the single was done by renowned artist KAWS, who j-hope has frequently shared his admiration for.

Jack In The Box drops on 15 July ahead of j-hope's headlining set at Lollapalooza. The album serves as his first release since his highly acclaimed 2018 mixtape, HOPE WORLD.

Fans can get hold of the 'Blue Side' rapper's new record on Weverse Albums. Similar to a Kinho album, Jack In The Box will be available to listen to on Weverse Albums app through a QR code and will also include a cardholder and photocards.
