63rd Grammy Awards announce nominees, Taylor Swift, BTS, Dua Lipa, Billie Eilish, and more - see complete list

UPDATE (01/06): The 63rd GRAMMY Awards has been postponed amid coronavirus concerns. The Recording Academy announced that the ceremony will be rescheduled to March 14 (Sunday).

The 63rd GRAMMY Awards are happening in January 2021, and the Recording Academy just released the list of nominees.

Ahead of the nomination reveal, it was announced that The Daily Show's Trevor Noah will be hosting the ceremony next year. 


In a one-hour live stream early this morning (25/11), the likes of pop star Dua Lipa, singer-songwriter Imogen Heap, Mexican-American singer-songwriter Pepe Aguilar, classical violinist Nicola Benedetti, Nigerian Afropop singer Yemi Alade, and more helped announce the nominees. There are 83 categories for the awards, including Album of the Year, Record of the Year, Song of the Year, and Best New Artist.

Dubbed as the "music's biggest night", the Grammys annually honour the best achievements in the music industry for that year.

American pop singer-songwriter Taylor Swift, received 6 nominations, 5 of them for her critically acclaimed album, folklore, while global superstars BTS clinched their first-ever Grammy nomination for Best Pop Duo/Group Performance for their Billboard Hot 100 #1 hit and English single, 'Dynamite'.

Beyonce leads the Grammy race with 9 nominations to her name, followed by Swift, Dua Lipa, and Roddy Rich with 6 nods each.

Justin Bieber, Billie Elilish, Harry Styles, Lady Gaga,  HAIM, John Legend, Fiona Apple, The Strokes, Jhene Aiko, Robert Glasper, Thundercat, Michael Kiwanuka, Tame Impala, and more also received nominations throughout the different categories.

Last January, power siblings Billie Eilish and FINNEAS dominated the annual awards show, with FINNEAS taking home six awards, and Billie bagging the four major categories of Record of the Year, Album of the Year, Song of the Year, and Best New Artist.
