Ableton Live 10 Suite is now available free for 90 days

You can now make your own killer beats with Ableton Live 10 for free while in lockdown.

The comprehensive digital audio workstation (DAW), used by the likes of UDD, IV Of Spades, Ysanygo, MOONWLKSkrillex, M83, Daft Punk, Imogen Heap, and Slipknot to create your favorite tunes, now offers a free 90-day trial in light of the novel coronavirus outbreak. Professional and aspiring artists alike can now fiddle around with all the features within the software, which includes 56 audio and MIDI effects (echo, pedal, beat repeat, amp vocoder, glue, etc) and 13 instruments (wavetable, operator, sampler, analog, and more).

Here's what IV of Spades, Munimuni, Sandwich, UDD, and more are up to at home during the "community quarantine"

Alongside Ableton, other music companies are offering software and lessons for free for a limited time. American guitar manufacturer Fender has opened 500,000 slots for free guitar, bass, and ukulele lessons for three months. Apple's DAW and MIDI sequencer software Logic Pro is also now available for a free 90-day trial.
