In an announcement on 31 December, HYBE Merch revealed that the global superstars have been working on creating their own merch lines over the past year. RM, Jin, SUGA, J-hope, Jimin, V, and Jungkook have designed their own merch, and their "artist-made collections" will be revealed one-by-one this January 2022.

HYBE Merch also unveiled a content drop calendar which includes dates for merch previews, behind-the-scenes videos, and release dates. The content releases will be made via numerous platforms - Twitter, Weverse, and VLive, while the merch will be available through Weverse Shop. The rollout will start on 1 January and continue until 24 January.
