The recent announcements of Britney Spears in Asia have got us thinking about the pop star and how she has never performed a full concert in Singapore before.

Unlike her contemporary Madonna, who made her first appearance in the country last year, Britney has only ever performed a closed-door showcase in Singapore, right on the cusp of international stardom.

But as we eagerly await a Singapore date, we list the acts that we'd also like to see that have never stepped foot in Singapore — from Justin Timberlake to Death Grips.

We've also amassed an incredible amount of new music in the past week, so we'll be playing fresh material from prog-rock group sub:shaman, dream pop upstarts Subsonic Eye, electronic pop artist bp valenzuela, post-hardcore band Decipher, post-rock duo Permanence, June Marieezy's new venture as (((O))), M Laciste's evocative 'Hapis', and another killer LLLL x Yeule joint.
