BE is described to be BTS' most personal record yet, with each member involved in the production of the album. The music video for 'Life Goes On' was co-directed by youngest member, Jungkook, serving as his first music video credit as a director.

"I tried to do my best, what I wanted to emphasise was the reality and sincerity and authenticity. That was the basis of my discussion with staff, camera directors. I tried to reflect [member's] opinions in the video as much as possible," said Jungkook, on his directing experience.

Appropriately named, 'Life Goes On' is an emotional, feel-good track that reflects the message of hope and strength in times of unexpected downfalls.

This music video comes after the group's Billboard Hot 100 hit 'Dynamite' which was released earlier this year. 'Dynamite's music video also amassed record-breaking views, garnering 10 million views within 20 minutes of its release.
