Millare also shared her own statement on Instagram regarding her departure from UDD and Terno Recordings. Millare made her solo debut with 'Kapit' off the Alone/Together soundtrack. She also previously worked with D'Sound on 'Lykkelig', 'Somewhere In Between', and 'Run for Cover', as well as Japanese soul act Ovall on the track 'Transcend'.

Armi Millare, Paul YapCarlos Tañada, and Ean Mayor formed UDD back in 2004. In two years' time, they released their first studio record Fragmented under Terno Recordings. Following the release of their singles 'Oo' and 'Pag Agos' from Fragmented and 'Sana' from their sophomore record Bipolar, the award-winning quartet marked a real turning point in their career with 'Tadhana'.

'Tadhana', which has garnered over 130 million plays on Spotify, soundtracked the 2010 GMA 7 TV series Ilumina and the Angelica Panganiban and JM de Guzman-starring film That Thing Called Tadhana. It remains to be one of the most celebrated offerings in Filipino music.

On November 28, 2012, UDD unveiled their critically acclaimed third studio record Capacities, which drew a massive crowd of over 2,500 people at its launch held in One Esplanade, Pasay City.

The 10-track album includes their hits 'Tadhana', 'Indak', 'Turn It Well', 'Luna' and 'Feelings' featuring Paul Buchanan.

Over the next couple of years, UDD toured overseas, making stops in Japan and Singapore. To welcome the new year, they released 'Sigurado' in 2017, which was later met with a music video starring Terrace House's Mizuki Shida.

UDD soon went on their first Canada tour and a year later played shows across California, New York, and Washington in North America. Both tours were documented by Maude frontman Luis Azcona.

Following their U.S. tour, vocalist Armi Millare collaborated with Norwegian neo soul band D'Sound and released two singles 'Lykkelig' and 'Somewhere in Between'.

UDD's extremely busy schedule pushed the band to delay the release of their eponymous record, which pays tribute to their biggest influences, friends, loved ones, and everyone who's been there from the very beginning. The 11-track record comprises of stories that go all the way back to the yesteryears of UDD. Through joy and heartbreak, the band pieced together different sounds and a maturity that shines throughs.

Due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, UDD took a break from playing live shows and settled for a few virtual shows. At the Trese: Not ALive Concert, they held their final performance as they unveiled 'Paagi', the closing theme song for the Netflix animated series Trese

Hi Everyone,

We wanted to let you know that Armi has left UDD. We thank her for sharing her talent and artistry in the songs we created together. We'll never forget how the four of us started out, how thrilled we were in 2004 to finally be playing at Saguijo to a crowd of twenty people.

Although we're sad to see her leave the band, we wish her all the best as she embarks on her solo career. And we hope you can all support her future projects as well.

We, the remaining members, will continue to make music under Terno Recordings. This will be a new and different adventure for us and we hope you can be a part of it too.

We would like to thank you, our fans and listeners, for being with us on this journey--17 years, 4 albums, and thousands of gigs. We are so grateful. We really wouldn't have made it this far without all of you. Please keep supporting OPM!

Love,

Carlos, Paul, and Ean
