K-pop singer-songwriter CHUNG HA has revealed her next big step forward in music.

In a tweet today, the former Produce 101 top 4 finalist has confirmed her signing to Asian-focused label 88rising, home to acts Joji, Rich Brian, NIKI, and more.

The announcement comes ahead of the arrival of her new song, ‘Dream of You’, a collaboration with DJ and producer R3HAB. The single is slated for release on 27 November, 10AM (TH/ID Standard Time) or 11AM (PH/SG/MY Standard Time)

Her full album, QUERENCIA, is expected to drop on 4 January 2021, after the release of another single ‘X’ on 10 December.

UPDATE [09/12]: Both releases have been postponed indefinitely as CHUNG HA self-quarantines following her positive diagnosis for COVID-19.

While the partnership will open new doors for CHUNG HA, this is not the first time the solo artist has worked with the record label and its acts. In October last year, she collaborated with Rich Brian for ‘These Nights’ from 88rising’s album Head In The Clouds, which GOT7 member Jackson Wang also partook in.

This November, CHUNG HA performed at the Philippine exclusive #WeDontStop, together with now-labelmates Joji and NIKI. Moving forward, the singer-songwriter is also set to grace the stage at the DOUBLE HAPPINESS Winter Festival on 2 December, with NxWorries, Seori, Jason Dhakal, Yuna, ATEEZ, and more.
